There's a brand that my children have been completely obsessed with for a while now.
That is the Italian lifestyle brand "LEGAMI」

It's become a huge hit among elementary and middle school students in France, and its pop and cute designs are so appealing that you can't help but want to collect them even if you don't need them.
Actually, as of October 2026, there are no shops in Japan yet.Brands not yet available in Japanis.
This time, I'll introduce the charm of Legami, which my kids are absolutely obsessed with, and recommend some stores in Paris!
A huge hit at LEGAMI! Erasable ballpoint pens with animal motifs.
LEGAMI's most popular item is their erasable ballpoint pen, just like Japan's Frixion pens! The ink colors vary depending on the character. The commonly used black and blue ink pens are available in multiple character designs. The ladybug pen has red ink, and it's incredibly cute. I'm even thinking of buying one for myself!

Cute animals are perched three-dimensionally on top of the pen, making it undeniably adorable! As far as I know, there's only one tip size available: 0.7mm, which is just the right thickness for children.。It offers a smooth writing experience. The price is €1.95 per pen (as of October 2026).
While slightly more expensive than Japanese Frixion ballpoint pens, the overwhelming cuteness justifies the price. Children enjoy using them, choosing their favorite animals. It's wonderful to see them enjoy writing and actually sit down at their desks to use them. (Blue)
You'll want to collect them all! Cute pencil cases
Along with the ballpoint pens, you should definitely check out LEGAMI's pen cases. They look incredibly cute when you just pop them up on your desk. The price is €11.95 each (as of October 2026).

These pencil cases also come in a variety of animal motifs such as pandas and bees, as well as colorful and pop designs, making them so cute you'll want to carry them as a set with a ballpoint pen! They are well-made and easy to use, and you'll find them in the bags of a significant number of elementary and middle school students in France. According to my son, some of his friends have four pencil cases, and others have more than 25 pens.
Other items besides pens
There are lots of cute items besides pens. Besides stationery, they have USB chargers, kitchen clocks, mini scales, and more. This 300ml water bottle is also super cute.

What are some recommended shops in Paris?
Legami stores can be found in train stations and airports throughout Paris and across Europe, but there's a recommended store that's easily accessible when shopping in the Opera district.
There are also stores in the shopping mall directly connected to Saint-Lazare Station (Gare Saint-Lazare) and in the carousel near the entrance to the Louvre Museum.
Both the Louvre Museum and Saint-Lazare are easily accessible from the area around the Opera House. The shop is lined with colorful stationery and miscellaneous goods, and just stepping inside is sure to excite both adults and children.
Summary: Not yet available in Japan! Highly recommended as a souvenir from a trip to Europe or Paris.
As of October 2026, there are no Legami direct stores in Japan. Because it's rare and not available in Japanese stationery stores like Loft or Hands, it's a truly recommended souvenir for those traveling to France or Europe!
